Due to the age of the home, clothing irons are not permitted in the rooms. We provide professional grade clothing steamers in each room for your use. Please unplug all clothing steamers and curling/straightening irons before leaving your room.
Our local health department does not permit guests to enter or use the kitchen.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of candles in guest rooms or anywhere outside on the property, including the patio and parking lot, is strictly prohibited! To smoke during your stay, please step beyond the property onto the sidewalk. If a receptacle is needed, please request.
Due to occupancy rules - as well as the comfort of other guests - we are unable to accommodate non-lodging visitors during your stay.
Yes, please center your car in the marked parking spots. Guest's are limited to one car per room.
Please lock the front door when you are coming or going. The code to unlock the door is on the back of your room keychain. To unlock the deadbolt, enter the code and turn the knob on the keypad to the left. To lock, press the top button and turn the knob to the right. Please lock the patio door if you are coming in after 6pm.
